The endowment close is complete for Q1 Fiscal Year 2024 and therefore account values for Endowment Book Value, Cumulative Fund Value Adjustment and Total Endowment Market Value are updated as of 09/30/2023. We expect Q2 endowment close to be delayed. Updates to timing will be communicated here as they become known.

Our teams continue updating the Gift & Fund Management Website, and associated forms and reports, to align with our new 4WARD CRM and FAST financial system. Please monitor your email for recent changes. All Gift & Fund Management reports now contain 4WARD data.

The following fields have been added to the Donor Acknowledgement Report (DAR) as of 3/15/2024

• Total Pledge
• Pledge Balance Amount as of Report Date
• Appeal
• Addressee
• Salutation

Progress is ongoing in surfacing additional fields on the DAR, including tribute information. When pulling the DAR, select one with the "Exclude Tribute Gifts" indicator set to "No" and another with it set to "Yes" to compare and identify your tribute gifts. For any queries regarding the DAR, please submit a Help Center ticket.

The Fund Activity Report is now inclusive of all general ledger accounts that have activity in a chosen fund. With our new FAST ERP system certain entries (for contributions and disbursements) that impact the cash accounts are system generated and will not have any information populated in the Transaction Description Field. These system generated entries may also be aggregate of several transactions and will always be dated as of the last day of the month. To view the transactional details for individual contributions and disbursements, please scroll down in the report to these respective accounts.

Gift entry in 4WARD is complete through January 2024.
